Nikhil Singh has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nikhil currently holds the position of Vice President - Head Retail Operations at Bata India Limited, overseeing the operations of Bata brands. Prior to that, they served as Vice President, Head- Famous Brands at the same company. Before joining Bata India Limited, Nikhil worked at House of Anita Dongre Limited as Business Head, responsible for distribution, accessories, and licensee business. Prior to that, they had a long and successful tenure at Benetton Group, holding various positions such as Head - EBO Business, General Manager Sales & Operations - North India, and Regional Manager for both North and West India. Nikhil also served as a Senior Area Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager during their time with the company. Nikhil's early career involved roles at Benetton Group as a Regional Sales Manager, Senior Area Sales Manager, and Buying Associate.

Nikhil Singh completed their Master of Fashion Management degree in Retail Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi between the years 2006 and 2008. Prior to this, they attended Sainik School Talaiya, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided.
