Varun Bansal is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leading digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of IT at Bata India Limited since March 2024, Varun Bansal is responsible for setting the strategic vision and driving technology adoption for over 2,000 stores and multiple factories. Prior to this role, Varun Bansal held leadership positions at Philips, where responsibilities included managing IT for the India Sub-Continent and serving as Lead IT Business Partner for Enabling Functions across Asia Pacific.
