Ingrid van Aarle

Ingrid Van Aarle has over 25 years of experience in human resources, starting as an ICT Specialist at Job Select Uitzendburo in 1996. Ingrid then worked at Fiat Group Automobiles Netherlands, progressing from HR Officer to Human Resources Manager. Ingrid also gained experience at FCA CAPITAL Nederland B.V., KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Wereldhave N.V., and is currently the Human Resources Director at Batavia Biosciences since 2018.

Ingrid Van Aarle completed their MAVO degree at Kath. Mavo Amstelhoven in 1988. Ingrid then attended Het Europa College (MEAO) from 1988 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Management Assistent program at Schoevers Opleidingen in 1991. In 1992, they enrolled at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Economics in 1996. Lastly, they attended NCOI in 2001-2002, where they earned a HBO degree in Personnel Management.
