Bader al Khalifa

Bader Al Khalifa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bader started their career at Aluminium Bahrain in 2003, where they served as the Manager of Human Resources until 2009. Following this, they joined Batelco in 2013 as the Head of Human Resources and Union Relations. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. Bader also stayed with Batelco and took on the position of Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing in 2018. Currently, Bader is working at Beyon as the Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer, where they oversee the Corporate and Marketing Communication function, Beyon Creative Lab, and sustainability efforts. In this role, they focus on effective stakeholder communication, creative strategies, and implementing best practices in sustainability and ESG.

Bader Al Khalifa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from New England College from 1991 to 1995. Bader then pursued a Master's degree in Management from Boston University from 1995 to 1997.
