Aaron Coats

Aaron Coats is the current Associate Director at Bates Smart. Aaron has over 20 years of experience in the architectural and construction industry. Aaron started their career as a CAD Manager at Suters Architects in 1996 and then moved to Bates Smart in 2002, where they have been ever since. In their current role, they are responsible for managing the IT and CAD departments, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
