Brenton Smith leads Bates Smart’s award-winning interior design studio and has over 25 years of local and international experience in luxury hotel, residential and premium workplace design.

He brings each project’s architecture to the scale of the spaces inside, crafting projects that are known for relaxed elegance, a luxurious use of materials and clear functionality.

Brenton's portfolio as Hotel Specialist has been widley recognised in award winning projects such as Pier One Hotel and Canberra Airport Hotel. Recent projects include the new Little National Hotel in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
