Cathy Hitz

Cathy Hitz has extensive experience in brand and communications roles. Cathy is currently the Director of Brand & Digital Communications at Batesville since October 2020. Prior to that, they had significant roles at MasterBrand Cabinets, including Senior Director of Marketing Shared Services, Senior Director of Brand, and Director of Brand Communication. Cathy also worked at Visiting Nurse Association as a Communications Coordinator, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden as a Publicist, and Cincinnati Bar Association as a Public Relations Coordinator. Their roles have involved leading teams, strategic planning, brand development, digital marketing, graphic design, content development, social media, public relations, print procurement/production/fulfillment, and corporate communications.

Cathy Hitz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication/Public Relations from Indiana State University. Cathy also attended Heritage Hills High School for their high school education.
