Craig Morgan

Craig Morgan has a diverse range of work experience in the logistics and operations field. Craig most recently held the position of Director of Logistics - Canada at Batesville since June 2022. Prior to that, they were the Logistics Manager at Batesville from October 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining Batesville, Craig worked as a Transportation Manager at Stericycle from July 2019 to June 2020. In 2018, they served as the Transportation Operations Manager at Longo's, where they managed all aspects of home delivery services and supervised routing, dispatch, and hiring of employees.

From 2016 to 2018, Craig worked at Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. as the Ramp Operations Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 45 employees, maintained regulatory compliance, and oversaw operational budgets.

Craig began their career at FedEx Express Canada Ltd. in 2001 and held various positions, including Senior Operations Manager from June 2011 to September 2013 and Operations Manager from May 2001 to June 2011. In these roles, they supervised ground operations, trained employees, and improved key performance indicators.

In 2014, Craig worked as a Corporate Trainer at Canada Post/Postes Canada, where they facilitated training programs.

Craig Morgan obtained an Electrical Engineering Diploma from Humber College between 1990 and 1993. In 2020, they also obtained several certifications related to career advancement and workplace management from LinkedIn, including "Increase Visibility to Advance Your Career," "Managing Logistics," "Managing Your Emotions at Work," and "The Secrets to Success at Work."
