Missy Herbert

Missy Herbert is an experienced professional currently serving as Supervisor of the Call Center at Batesville Casket Company since July 2008, managing a team of 11 associates and handling various responsibilities including payroll processing, scheduling, and customer issue resolution. Previously, Missy held the position of Credit Analyst where responsibilities included collecting overdue payments and addressing customer billing issues. Prior experience also includes serving as Team Lead in the Annuity Services department at Forethought Financial Services, Inc., overseeing contract processing and customer service.
