Amber Lee Williams

Amber Lee Williams has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Northwest Bank since May 2023 and as Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Bath & Body Works since August 2021. Prior to this, Amber held the position of VP Legal, Global Ethics & Compliance at L Brands from January 2018 to July 2021. Amber's earlier career at Walmart spanned over a decade, where roles included Sr. Associate General Counsel for US Compliance and other leadership positions in Real Estate and Global Ethics. Additionally, Amber served as Senior Counsel at NextiraOne Solutions, LLC from September 2001 to April 2006. Amber holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. in English from Oakwood University.
