Andrew Shriro

Andrew Shriro is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and corporate law. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at DraftKings Inc. since November 2015, Andrew has held multiple roles, including Senior Director and Director of Litigation, where responsibilities have included managing civil litigation and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance business efficiency and mitigate risks. Previous roles include Associate Attorney at Manion Gaynor & Manning LLP and Rudolph Friedmann LLP, providing legal counsel to Fortune 500 companies and handling a wide range of commercial matters. Andrew holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where graduation was achieved magna cum laude, and a BA in Sociology and Economics from Bates College.
