Brandon Jenko

Brandon Jenko is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as Senior Compensation Manager at Bath & Body Works since November 2022, Brandon previously held various compensation roles at RITE AID, including Compensation Manager and Compensation Consultant, from March 2020 to November 2022. Prior to that, Brandon was a Senior Compensation Analyst at EFI and worked as Compensation Analyst II at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Brandon's career began at PNC, where responsibilities included roles as Incentive Administration Specialist AVP, Senior Financial Analyst, and Senior Accountant over nearly a decade. Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2003 and 2007.
