Christina Santos Rutherford is a seasoned corporate communications professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Corporate Communications at Safelite since April 2024, Christina previously held multiple leadership roles at Bath & Body Works from September 2013 to April 2024, including Associate Vice President of Talent, Learning and Development, where strategic talent initiatives were developed for over 60,000 associates. Prior experience includes roles at DSW, where Christina managed store communications and visual merchandising, and Mac Tools as Communications Manager.
