Nicolette Hudson

Nicolette (Nikki) Hudson is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property and brand protection. Currently, Nikki serves as Vice President and Head of Intellectual Property & Brand Protection at Bath & Body Works since August 2021. Prior to this, Nikki held various roles at L Brands, culminating in Vice President and Lead Intellectual Property Counsel from May 2018 to August 2021. Nikki also has experience as an IP, Marketing & Privacy Counsel at EXPRESS and as an adjunct professor at the Columbus College of Art & Design. Active in community leadership, Nikki has been a Board of Education Member for Worthington Schools since January 2018 and previously served on the Board of Directors for The Women's Fund of Central Ohio. Nikki is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from Miami University.
