Aaron started their career as a Sales Specialist at Bose Corporation, where they provided personalized audio solutions to customers. After that, they worked as a Personal Trainer at Team Bath Gym, guiding individuals on their wellness journeys. Aaron then moved on to Swindon Town Football Club, where they served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist, contributing to the development and performance optimization of elite athletes. Aaron later joined Blunsdon House Hotel as an Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the leisure facility. Aaron then became the Lead Sport Scientist at Bath City Football Club, focusing on elevating the physical performance and well-being of the athletes. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Executive at STATSports, driving innovation in sports technology and performance analytics. With a background in Health and Exercise Science and previous experiences in elite sports organizations, Aaron brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the sports industry to their role at STATSports.
