Sophia Nardelli

Sophia Nardelli, M.Sc., CRHP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Bath Fitter since January 2017, having previously held various HR roles within the company starting in 2013. In addition to this position, Sophia has been an Administrator for Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés since April 2020, with recent leadership as the President of the Human Resources Committee for the 2023-2024 term. Sophia is also a member and contributor at Forbes Human Resources Council from August 2022 to September 2024. Sophia's educational background includes a Master's in Organizational Development from Université Laval, a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University, and a Bachelor's in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, among other qualifications.
