Sarah Penman

Sarah Penman is an experienced event management professional currently serving as the Stadium Bars and Events Manager at Bath Rugby since April 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the planning and operational delivery of all events at The Rec and managing matchday food and beverage services. Previously, Sarah held the position of Events and Operations Manager at Farleigh House Estate, managing corporate and hospitality events, and served as Event Manager at the Marylebone Cricket Club, where responsibilities included the administration and operation of multiple Match Day Restaurants. Additional roles include Hospitality Executive at Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Disabled People, Supporter Services Assistant at Macmillan Cancer Support, Special Events Assistant/Clubhouse Manager at Beaufort Polo Club, and Office Manager/Personal Assistant at Bumper Media. Sarah holds an HND in Equine Science from Duchy College and completed GCSEs at Royal High School.
