The Development and Philanthropy team at the Baton Rouge Area Foundation focuses on fostering relationships with donors, nonprofits, and the community to drive philanthropic initiatives. They develop fundraising strategies, support nonprofit organizations in achieving excellence, and ensure effective donor engagement, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life in Southern Louisiana.
