Steven Ceulemans

Steven Ceulemans is currently the President and CEO of Baton Rouge Health District. Previously, Steven served as the Laboratory Director at North Oaks Health System and as Vice President of Innovation and Technology at Birmingham Business Alliance. Steven also has experience working in technology commercialization at New Orleans BioInnovation Center and as a Coordinator for various medical centers. Steven holds a Doctor of Science in Public Health from Tulane University, a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Louisiana State University, a Master of International Business from VLEKHO Business School Brussel, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen.
