Preston Ellis

Preston Ellis has a diverse work experience in the oil industry spanning over 12 years. Preston most recently served as the Director of Operations at Battalion Oil Corporation since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Operations Manager at the same company since January 2020. Preston also has experience as a Manager of Operations and Production at Halcon Resources Corporation from August 2019 to January 2020. Preston worked as an Operations Engineer at Lime Rock Resources from May 2017 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Preston had multiple roles at EP ENERGY, including Completions Engineer from December 2012 to April 2017, Reservoir Engineer from May 2012 to December 2012, and Production Engineer from June 2011 to May 2012. Preston started their career as an Intern at El Paso and Hilcorp in 2010 and 2009, respectively, where they gained experience as a reservoir engineer.

Preston Ellis attended Texas A&M University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
