Daniel Verrastro is the Chief Operating Officer at Battea Class Action Services. Mr. Verrastro is responsible for managing the Client Service Account Team at Battea.

Mr. Verrastro directs Battea’s client related operations, management coordination, and participating in initiatives aimed at improving the Firm’s practices, while upgrading its tools and technology capabilities in support of the business.

Prior to joining Battea, Mr. Verrastro was a Director and Global Head of the Client Commission Management Business within the Securities Division of Bank of America from 2015 until 2021. Mr. Verrastro also spent 13 years as an Executive Director for Cash Equities as the Global Head of the Client Commission Management business at UBS. Mr. Verrastro brings more than 20 years of experience in Sales, Client Service, Operations and Technical product management. In his time at Bank of America and UBS, Mr. Verrastro represented both banks in several financial industry forums including SIFMA and AFME.

Mr. Verrastro earned a BA from McDaniel College in 1998 and an MBA from Sacred Heart University in 2003.

Mr. Verrastro is Series 3, 7, 24, and 63 registered.

Mr. Verrastro lives in Monroe, CT with his wife Heather and three children.
