Jake P. Gentle

Jake P. Gentle is an accomplished Program Manager at Idaho National Laboratory, with extensive experience in secure renewables and grid integration, and has held various technical and managerial roles since June 2010. Responsibilities include developing innovative solutions for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and power systems resilience in collaboration with governmental agencies and industry partners. Jake has also served as a Laboratory Relationship Manager, overseeing partnerships in wind energy technologies, and has been active in professional development as the PACE Chair for the IEEE Eastern Idaho Section. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Idaho State University, alongside various advanced training courses related to the electric industry and power systems.
