Justin Carroll

Justin Carroll is an experienced environmental and civil engineer currently serving as an Environmental Regulatory Compliance Professional at Idaho National Laboratory since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Engineer at the Idaho Environmental Coalition from January 2019 to October 2022, and as a Civil Engineer at North Wind Group from February 2015 to January 2019. Justin also held positions as a Water Quality Engineer at the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality and completed a Water Quality Engineering Internship. Education includes a Master's of Engineering in Civil Engineering/Water Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Boise State University. Additionally, Justin gained experience as a Research/Teaching Assistant at Boise State University and worked with the US Forest Service as part of the Wyoming Hotshots and Centennial IA from May 2009 to October 2013.
