Lynette Sampson, CCP, MPA, serves as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Idaho National Laboratory since May 2019, leading a comprehensive update of the Laboratory's compensation structure and managing variable pay programs. Previously, Lynette held roles as a Compensation Analyst and HR Consultant, where expertise in executive compensation, job audits, and compensation system management was demonstrated. Additional experience includes working as Deputy Risk Manager for the City of Pocatello and as Development and Grants Manager at SEICAA, showcasing a diverse background in human resources, risk management, and community development.
