Shannon Havins is the Founder of TWT since April 2024, creating a data-driven platform to support individuals with Parkinson's in their healthcare journeys. Since July 2017, Shannon has served as the IT Customer Experience Manager at Idaho National Laboratory, where innovative customer experience management programs and strategies have been established to align IT services with business needs. Previous roles include Manager of End User Experience, where leadership of a team of over 80 employees was crucial, and Identity and Access Management Program Lead, focusing on secure systems and cost-saving initiatives. Shannon has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Eastern Idaho, developing practicum courses in Information Technology and Cybersecurity. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Technology and Innovation Management, an MBA, an MS in Information Technology Management, a BS in Information Technology, and an AAS in Computer Networking Technologies from various institutions.
