Sidney Kelley

Sidney Kelley is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and process improvement. Currently serving as a Process and Data Systems Manager at Idaho National Laboratory since May 2022, Sidney has previously held roles including Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Air Methods and a Corporate Fellow with Hire Our Heroes at UPS. With a distinguished 21-year career in the United States Air Force, Sidney progressed through various managerial positions and honed expertise in project management and operations. Sidney holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Trident University International, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Southwestern College, and an Associate's degree in Air Traffic Operations & Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
