Thomas Mosier

Thomas Mosier is currently the Decision Sciences Department Manager at the Idaho National Laboratory. Previously, Thomas worked at the World Bank Group as a Climate and Water Specialist and at Oregon State University as a Lecturer and Graduate Researcher. Thomas also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Thomas holds a PhD in Water Resources Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Reed College. Additionally, Thomas completed an Energy Executive Course at the University of Idaho.
