Sara Hallermann

Senior Director, Professional Learning at Battelle for Kids

Sara Hallermann has a diverse range of work experience in the education field. Sara started their career at EdLeader21 as a Consultant from December 2011 to June 2013. Sara then joined the Buck Institute for Education in 2007, where they held various positions focused on curriculum development, district services, and instructional leadership coaching. During their time at the Buck Institute, they co-authored a publication on project-based learning in elementary grades. In 2014, they joined EdLeader21 again as a Projects and Editorial Manager, where they designed and facilitated a national Performance Assessment Project and provided professional learning opportunities for the national network. Currently, they are with Battelle for Kids as a Senior Director, Professional Learning, where they are responsible for designing and implementing professional learning services to engage district leaders in the Ohio regional and national professional learning networks.

Sara Hallermann has an undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education from Creighton University. Sara also holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Dominican University. The specific start and end years for both degrees are not provided.
