Shannon King has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Elementary Educator for Fairfax County Public Schools until 2007. Shannon then held positions as an Advanced Academics Resource Teacher until 2009 and an Instructional Coach until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Shannon was an Educational Specialist, focusing on teacher leadership and Professional Learning Communities.
