Heather Knoelk

Heather Knoelk is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in internal auditing, compliance, and trade controls. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Battelle since January 2020, Heather has also held roles including Chief of Staff and Internal Audit Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Trade Control Specialist at Boeing and various managerial roles at EY, where responsibilities involved leading global internal audits related to export controls and conducting compliance investigations. Heather participated in a significant international rotation in Brazil focused on fraud investigation and holds a dual degree in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, enriched by a term at University College Dublin.
