Jj Knight

JJ Knight is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in health communications and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Health Communications Specialist at Battelle since January 2015, JJ leads a team of 12 in managing a substantial budget for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' Measures Management System. Responsibilities include producing stakeholder information sessions, public webinars, and newsletters. Additional roles at Battelle included overseeing the Marine Corps' emergency preparedness program and enhancing communication strategies. JJ also leads communications for the Partnership for Quality Measurement and has held positions in various organizations, such as Publications Manager at YCC and Public Relations Director at Angel Resource Institute. An accomplished writer and editor, JJ has contributed to several publications, including Star News and The New York Times, and holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, along with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
