Battelle
Molly Williams is a geoscientist at Battelle since February 2023, specializing in Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) technology and R&D for long-term monitoring of CCUS projects. Previously, Molly worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Université de Neuchâtel focusing on deep geothermal energy and induced seismicity. With a PhD in Engineering Geology from ETH Zürich, Molly's experience includes roles at ETH Zurich emphasizing fracture and fault mechanics and extensive fieldwork in geophysical studies. Molly has also held research and teaching positions at Indiana University Bloomington and has interned with BP and various research institutions, contributing to projects involving seismic interpretation and modeling. Molly holds a Master’s in Geophysics from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s in Engineering Physics from Eastern Kentucky University.
