Jackie Luedtke

Jackie Luedtke, SHRM-SCP has had extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Jackie is currently the Vice President of Human Resources & DEI at Batteries Plus Bulbs since November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources for the Hospitality Division at Kohler Co. from 2013 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing human resources operations for 2,300 associates across various locations. Jackie also worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Harley-Davidson Motor Company in 2012, where they provided HR support to 200+ employees and managers. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner Manager at Grande Cheese Company in 2011, where they advised the operations leadership team and implemented HR strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager at Best Buy from 2008 to 2011, managing an $18M location and implementing professional development initiatives. Jackie also has experience with Target, where they held various roles from 2000 to 2008, including District Leader, General Manager, and Executive Team Leader. Jackie has a background in human resources and started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Quad/Graphics, Inc. in 1994.

Jackie Luedtke, SHRM-SCP, holds an MBA in Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Jackie also obtained a BBA in Human Resources from the same university and an Associates in Arts and Sciences in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac. In addition to their education, Jackie holds various certifications including their SHRM-SCP from SHRM, a Real Estate Salesperson License from the State of Wisconsin, and is also a Notary Public.
