Lin Guo

Lin Guo began their work experience as a Buyer for Hilti China Ltd in 1996, responsible for demand forecasting, production planning, and procurement functions. Lin effectively managed the procurement of $8 million worth of direct materials and reduced average lead time from 90 days to 30 days through local sourcing and vendor stocking programs.

In 2000, Lin Guo worked as a Market Research Analyst for Hilti Inc, conducting various market research studies and competitive intelligence analysis.

In 2003, Lin Guo joined Equus Computer Systems as a Buyer/Planner, where they established production schedules, communicated requirements to internal and external customers, and negotiated purchase prices with suppliers.

From 2003-2010, Lin Guo worked at Batteries Plus, LLC, first as a Sourcing Manager, identifying and developing sources of supply in Southeast Asia, and later as the Director of International Sourcing and Procurement, where they led and managed the sourcing team in the US and China, sourced and developed new products from overseas, and managed the performance of international suppliers in pricing, lead time, and quality.

Lin Guo earned an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2002.
