Gregoire Beaufort currently serves as the Head of Corporate Finance at Battersea Power Station, a position held since December 2014, and previously held the title of Director Corporate Finance. Prior experience includes roles at LaSalle Investment Management as Associate in Special Situations & Debt Investments, focusing on real estate debt investments, and Associate in Portfolio Management for JER funds. Prior to this, Gregoire worked as a Senior Analyst in Fund Management at AEW Europe and as an Asset Management Analyst at AXA Investment Managers. Earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst in Cluster Revenue Management at Concorde Hotels, working with luxury Parisian hotels. Gregoire's educational background includes degrees in Real Estate Investment & Asset Management from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, an MBA from ESSEC Business School, a Master in Politics & International Relations from Université Jean Moulin, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HSB Hochschule Bremen.

The iconic Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station and surrounding area is being brought back to life as one of the most exciting and innovative mixed-use neighbourhoods in the world.
