With a career measured in decades, Linda began working life in Tunisia, employing her native Arabic skills for over 20 years in customer service. In 2004, she returned to the UK, to work as an assistance coordinator for Travel Guard (AIG). 2006 brought her back to the sunshine of Tunisia, where, as resort controller manager, she was responsible for the smooth running of five major resorts. After returning to the UK in 2008, Linda worked as a fraud analyst for American Express, a sales coordinator for Life Line Screening, and a pre-authorization agent for Bupa International. Linda comes to battleface after a 3-year stint as a medical secretary/personal practice assistant for a neurosurgeon.
As a vital member of the customer service and operations team, the native Brit has extensive and varied knowledge of the technical side of claims management, medical billing, fraud control and risk management, as well as rock-solid experience in customer service. All of which she can communicate fluently in English, French and Arabic.
When not hitting the beach just a few minutes from her home in Tunisia, Linda enjoys spending time with her family. This also indulges her passion for travel, as her three children currently live in three different countries.
