Simon De Schutter is an experienced blockchain architect and consultant with expertise in designing and developing decentralized solutions. Currently serving as a Blockchain Architect at PlayFi Labs since February 2024, Simon is focused on creating a ZKStack Rollup, a decentralized oracle network, and peer-to-peer data storage to connect web2 and web3 games. Concurrently, Simon holds the position of Solidity/Web3 Architect at BattleFly Game, overseeing the development and deployment of audited blockchain contracts. As the founder of Wagmi BV, a consulting and development company, and a co-founder of solidifi, Simon has been instrumental in delivering blockchain solutions in Belgium and Luxembourg. Simon's prior experience includes significant roles at AMPLEXOR Belgium, Argenta, Euroclear, and Belfius Insurance, specializing in Adobe Experience Cloud integrations and website development. Simon holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Professional Bachelor in Applied Computer Science from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven.
