Head Of Sales at Battlefy

Tom Sugg has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and business development industries. In 2021, they began working as the Head of Sales at Battlefy, a leading esports management platform. In this role, they are responsible for creating customised experiences that bring brands to life in esports, as well as scaling out gaming and esports strategies, centralising gaming activations, and understanding engaged players. Before this, they worked at Brand Culture from 2005 to 2021, where they held the roles of Head of Partnerships & Business Development and Senior Account Executive - Account Director. Tom's responsibilities included identifying, selling-in, and developing ATL/bought media supported brand and entertainment IP partnerships, as well as generating IP and license fees. Tom Sugg also worked at Ted Baker in 2004 as a Marketing Assistant.

Tom Sugg obtained a BA in Retail and Marketing from Leeds Beckett University in 2003. Additionally, they were awarded the Top Student Award for their IPM Certificate in Digital Promotions from The Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM).
