Elli Tsikrika

Elli Tsikrika is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Lancom Ltd and Battlenet Gaming Stations/Esports Venues since January 2024, having also held the role of Human Resources Supervisor. In addition, Elli is a Sales Representative for BAT since May 2022, achieving a 20% sales increase in Northern Greece and ranking as the top sales representative. Involved with Inefan since March 2021 as HR Manager and Board Member, Elli has implemented HR policies for a 40-member team and organized training events.
