Nobel November Hasibuan

Nobel November Hasibuan has worked in the financial technology industry since 2021, when they became the Head of Legal and Compliance at Batumbu. Prior to this role, they were an Independent Consultant from 2020, providing legal advisory to project partners and drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Deputy Head of Corporate Legal and Litigation Division at PT BANK JTRUST INDONESIA Tbk., co-leading the Corporate Legal Division and providing guidance on best market practice through legal opinion. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Head of Commercial Banking Legal and Legal Special Transactions Team 2 Manager at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB). In this role, they led the Commercial Banking Legal Department and ensured all legal and related requirements for the bank and clients were met. From 2013 to 2017, they were the VP Legal and Head of Legal at BNP Paribas. During this time, they coordinated with South East Asia Regional team on establishment of the Standard Regional Legal Documentations. From 2008 to 2013, they were the Senior Manager Legal Banking Transactions Support at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB). In this role, they reviewed Offering Sheets to customers and performed due diligence on credit clients. Nobel November began their career in 2004 as a Senior Legal Officer at PT Bank DBS Indonesia, drafting and reviewing agreements for corporate customers and vendors.

Nobel November Hasibuan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from the University of North Sumatera.
