Tom Riley

Tom Riley is an experienced professional in the not-for-profit sector, currently serving as Head of Impact at batyr since March 2017. In previous roles within batyr, Tom contributed as Research and Policy Manager, State Manager for VIC/SA, and Being Herd Coordinator for Victoria, focusing on supporting young people and fostering organisational growth through partnership development and innovative practices. Prior to batyr, Tom worked as Projects and Partnerships Coordinator at Young and Well CRC, where skills in project management and complex partnership negotiation were honed. Tom began a career at Crumpler Australia as Store Manager, strengthening management skills and communication with diverse stakeholders. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) from RMIT University.
