Viri Alarcón

Viri Alarcón's work experience includes roles at several companies. Viri started working at Chalar Systems S.A. DE C.V. in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant, where they supported invoice generation, managed pre payroll, and communicated corporate notices to workers. In 2018, they advanced to the position of Human Resources Generalist at the same company, responsible for generating contracts and conducting onboarding for new staff, as well as managing labor separation processes. In 2022, Viri joined Hunty as a Placement Mentor Jr, providing online mentoring on employability issues and conducting interviews for various profiles. Currently, they hold the position of People Generalist at Baubap (YC S21), starting in 2023.

From 2015 to 2018, they attended Universidad del Valle de México and obtained a degree in psychology with a focus on psychological counseling.

In 2018 to 2020, they enrolled in a specialized program called CENTRO DE ESPECIALIZACIÓN Y ATENCIÓN PSICOLÓGICA where they completed a diploma in cognitive-behavioral therapy.
