Akshit Kumar Jain

Akshit Kumar Jain is a civil engineering graduate and management professional with over nine years of experience in complex civil infrastructural projects (EPC). Currently serving as Manager - Tendering and Business Development at BAUER Group since January 2024, Akshit previously held positions at L&T Geostructure, including Project Controller (Civil Infrastructure), Manager (Civil) - Tendering and Contracts Management, and Assistant Manager (Civil) - Tendering & Contracts Management. Earlier roles involved tendering, estimation, scheduling, and execution, notably working on the Indirasagar Dam Project in collaboration with BAUER. Akshit holds an Advanced Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution from NALSAR University, an E-MBA from SPJIMR, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
