Renata Pap is a seasoned credit specialist with over 15 years of experience in account management, claims resolution, and financial forecasting. Currently at Bauer Hockey, Inc. since April 2009, Renata oversees national accounts, managing various aspects such as account reconciliation, claims management, and financial reporting, while utilizing tools like SAP and AS400. Prior experience includes tenure at Coldmatic Refrigeration and Canon Canada inc., where Renata excelled in managing delinquent accounts, credit limits, and customer billing disputes. Renata’s career began at D&A Collection Corporation as a Collection Officer, focusing on skip tracing and negotiations. An honors graduate in Child and Youth Worker and Psychology from Humber College, Renata possesses a strong background in financial analysis and customer relations.
