Laura Baas

Laura Baas started their work experience in 2016 as a Personalsachbearbeiter at BEROA Deutschland GmbH, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Hölscher Wasserbau GmbH in the same position. In 2020, they joined CWS Group as an HR Administration Specialist and stayed until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior People Operations Manager at Bilthouse GmbH, starting in December 2022.

Laura Baas completed their education in a chronological order. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Berufskolleg Neuss, where they did not specify a degree or field of study. During the same period, they also attended BRZ Deutschland GmbH, where they pursued a degree in Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation with a focus on Baulohnabrechnung. Later, from 2018 to 2020, Laura attended VHS Lingen, where they obtained a degree in Personalfachkauffrau with a field of study in Personalentwicklung.
