Momar Gueye Ngom is currently a researcher at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) focusing on energy efficiency in buildings by comparing heating solutions for domestic hot water production. As an energy efficiency intern at BAULNE, data collection and measurements on HVAC systems are conducted, complemented by the development of an energy calculation tool using Python. Previous experience includes modeling energy efficiency for residential buildings at EXPERTBÂTIMENT, conducting laboratory tests on chocolate recipes at Barry Callebaut Group, and working as a production chemist at Madar Group. Momar holds a Master's degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency from ÉTS, has completed a second-cycle visit in Biomass Valorization at UQAM, and has a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Chemistry from Université du Sahel.
