Lucie Kačmařová

Lucie Kačmařová has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Lucie is currently the Head of Human Resources at BAUMANN Group since 2020. Previously, they worked as an Interim and Project HR Manager, Senior HR Consultant at Lucie Kačmařová from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they held various positions at Brose Group, including Head of HR Business Partners, HR Development, Recruitment and HR Marketing from 2015 to 2018, and Training Development Manager, HR Business Partner from 2012 to 2014. Lucie also worked as an HR Manager at eD´ system Czech, a.s. from 2008 to 2012 and as a Project Consultant at Ferrovia s.r.o. from 2006 to 2008.

Lucie Kačmařová attended the University of Ostrava, where they earned a Master's degree (Mgr.) in an unspecified field of study. Lucie'sstudies at the University of Ostrava were completed by 2008. In addition, they also spent a year studying at the University of Applied Sciences Munich from 2006 to 2007. Before attending university, Lucie Kačmařová attended Gymnázium Josefa Kainara, although the degree and field of study they pursued at this institution are unknown.
