Jason Labarge

Jason LaBarge has extensive experience in real estate, facilities management, and environmental health and safety. Jason currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Real Estate and Facilities at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since 2017. Prior to that, they worked at JLL from 2009 until 2017, where they served as an Account Director for the Pfizer Integrated Facility Management account and as Director of EHS. Before that, they worked at ARCADIS as a Senior Scientist from 2007 to 2009 and at Infineum as an EHS Manager from 2003 to 2007. Jason also worked as an EHS Consultant at JWhitehouse & Associates in 2003 and as an EHS Engineer at General Electric from 2001 to 2002. Jason started their career as an Industrial Hygienist at Infineum USA L.P. from 1998 to 2001. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing large teams, implementing EHS programs, and driving down injuries and costs.

Jason LaBarge attended Clarkson University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Toxicology. Jason then pursued further education at McGill University from 1997 to 2000, earning a Master of Science degree in Occupational Health. Jason also obtained additional certifications, including being a Certified Safety Professional (not active) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, and a Certified Industrial Hygienist (not active) from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
