Michele Dahan

Michele Dahan has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the marketing and operations field. Currently, they serve as the Global Director at Bausch Health Companies Inc., overseeing the marketing operations and professional strategy for Salix Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, they worked as a Team leader at Maquet Getinge Group, managing cross-functional resources and commercial sales. Michele also has experience in program management and strategic planning from their time at Association Headquarters, Inc. and Dowling College. In addition, they have held positions at ConvaTec Inc. and Pfizer Human Health, where they led commercial operations and managed marketing program executions. Earlier in their career, they served as the General Manager and Director of Global Commercial Operations at Rosenbluth International. With a proven track record in managing budgets, building professional relationships, and achieving strategic targets, Michele Dahan brings a wealth of experience to any organization.

Michele Dahan obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Villanova University. Michele then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Human Services, General from Villanova University. Later, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance from Temple University. Michele also obtained a Certificate of Compliance and Ethics in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from Seton Hall University School of Law. In addition, Michele holds certifications such as Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) from Seton Hall University, Association Management from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership, and New Jersey State Notary from Independent NJ Public Notary.
