Pawel Pisula

Pawel Pisula has over 17 years of work experience in finance and controlling roles. Pawel is currently working as the Regional Finance Director and Proxy at Bausch Health Companies Inc. Since April 2020, they have been responsible for overseeing financial operations in Poland as the Finance Director and Proxy. Prior to that, Pawel worked at Valeant Pharmaceuticals for 6 years, where they held the position of Finance Director and Proxy and later Senior Finance Manager. Pawel also worked at Takeda for 5 years, serving as the Operation Controlling Dept. Manager and Proxy, as well as the Head of Reporting and Proxy. Before joining Takeda, they worked as a Plant Controller at Nycomed and as a Financial Analyst at Altana. Pawel has demonstrated a strong background in financial management and reporting throughout their career.

Pawel Pisula obtained an MBA degree in Accounting and Finance Management from the University of Lodz, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Pawel also holds additional certifications including an Accounting Certificate from the Ministry of Finance in Poland and completed a course called "Leading Through Personal Excellence" at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
